Please note that we can only cancel or modify orders that have not been processed by our warehouse yet.

Unfortunately, no items can be added to your order after you have placed it.

It can take up to two hours after you have placed your order for you to receive the confirmation email. Please also check your spam inbox. If you haven’t received a confirmation email after two hours, please contact our customer support.

If you have accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to ensure that your order is shipped to the correct address. Once you have received the shipping confirmation via email, no changes can be made.

If you order from Germany or Austria, you can pay with Amazon Pay, PayPal, prepayment, SEPA direct debit, credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express), SOFORT transfer and purchase on invoice.

The payment methods direct debit, credit card and purchase on invoice are carried out by PayPal PLUS. You do not need a PayPal account for this, PayPal PLUS only takes care of the processing for us.

For orders from abroad, you can choose Amazon Pay, PayPal and prepayment as a payment method.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on failing payments via PayPal. If you receive error messages with another payment method, please contact our customer support.

Your invoice will always be sent to the email address you provided. Please also check your spam inbox. If you cannot find your invoice, please contact our customer support.

There are no additional costs for orders placed within the EU. If you place an order outside the EU, customs charges may apply. In that case, please contact the relevant authority.

You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

DHL parcel

UPS Express Saver

The delivery time for orders within Germany is 1-3 working days with DHL-parcel and 1 working day with UPS Express.

The delivery time for orders within the EU is 3-8 working days with DHL-parcel and 1 working day with UPS Express. Delivery times for non-EU countries can vary.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer support immediately. Do not send damaged items back without contacting us first.

The DHL/UPS tracking code is included in your order confirmation email. You can enter the code on DHL SHIPMENT TRACKING oder UPS SHIPMENT TRACKING to see exactly where your order is.

If you haven’t received your order, please contact our customer support and we will submit an inquiry to the respective shipping service provider. Please note that this process can take up to 7-10 working days. As soon as we have received an answer, we will contact you.

For purchases made through our online shop, we offer you a 14-day right of withdrawal. Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, unwashed, with all EightyFive labels attached and in the original packaging.

Please note the right of withdrawal. Fill out the return form and send your order back within 14 days after receipt.

The customer bears the costs of a return. Please do not send your package uninsured and with freight collect back to us.

When exchanging, please write directly on the return form which replacement item we should send you, including the color and size. Please note that your right of withdrawalright of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Yes, you can return your online order in an EightyFive Store. Please note that a return is only possible by enclosing the filled out return form.

Important: No cash payout! Refunds will go into the account you paid with via the original payment method.

After processing your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to go into the account you paid with via the original payment method.

No, you can shop with us by placing an order as a guest. However, you will then be unable to track the status of your order in our online shop and you will have to re-enter your address details with your next order.
